And people in western Pennsylvania elected Jack Murtha to be their representative in Congress.
Therefore, as the representative for western Pennsylvania, isn't Jack Murtha also in the same boat as his constituents?
Or am I missing something (besides the obvious fact that Jack Murtha's a horse's a**) ?
