A moment of Zen.
The dire financial news and depressing political polls have completely stressed me out. Not even Friday Night at the Kids' Ballet eased the tension. (My six-year-old's shout that "the silly man is dancing just like a girl" didn't help either. Need to get her some culture, stat.)
