Who is Obama’s president?
Obama continues his transformation from Sen. Hopenchange to typical Angry Democrat:
The Shrumian us-versus-them rants failed badly for Gore and Kerry – why on earth are the Dems trying it again? The easy answer is that McCain has them panicked. The old Naval aviator has gotten so deep inside Obama’s OODA loop, Maverick might as well be his puppetmaster.
And although it is horribly impolitic for a typical white blogger to bring up, does anyone else think "angry black man" might not be the best branding strategy for the general election? What made Obama special was his optimistic, hopeful message of national reconciliation. If Obama doesn’t turn back into the “post-racial healer” at his convention, McCain could turn November into a rout.

So much for hugging in church. A day after Barack Obama and John McCain exchanged an embrace during a faith forum at a California megachurch, Obama called the U.S. economy a disaster thanks to “John McCain’s president, George W. Bush,” and chided his Republican rival’s campaign team for trying to make him look unpatriotic and weak. And who exactly is your president, Senator? Reading the comments were bad enough but check out this video snippet.

I'm not sure if it's "angry black man". More like it's "angry Hillary in male (tho bespoke)drag".
Obama still has to win over big Democrat donors that supported Hillary, middle-aged females (not necessarily Hillary supporters) feel they've been dissed, traditional Democrat groups (Jews, Catholics, seniors, Northeast blue-collar, etc.) who think they were ignored by the Obama campaign and then bypassed by shrewd primary tactics. Hence the antics.
btw, you left out his shift from being the Messiah to a G-d fearing guy who just happened to have been faithful-to-his-wife-lo-these-many-years.

I'm the only guy I know who was able to wrap the OODA loop into the syllabus of a bible study...

It's the Demo☭rats, not the Republicans, who keep playing the "Divide and Conquer" tactic election after election after election.
It's the Demo☭rats, not the Republicans, who want to tax the rich and middle class and give away to the lower class and Illegals.
It's the Demo☭rats, not the Republicans, who want to keep us in the cities (and not allow us to go where we want to) by refusing the allow domestic drilling, nuclear power plants, and true energy independence.
See, I didn't even have to mention the Race Cards!
