UPDATE (12:58 p.m., MST): I won't go into parsing The New Republic's latest CYA since it's just the same old stuff. The basic jist is that the U.S. Army is guilty of everything under the sun until they prove their innocence. Oh, and that the Army is a bunch of ideological meanies. Wake me when Franklin Foer is reading the want ads...
